ODOT wants safety input for TV Highway

"All the growth in Aloha and Hillsboro has made TV Highway a very busy and dangerous road.  More than 40,000 cars share TV Highway everyday with walkers, bicyclists, and mass transit riders. ODOT wants to improve safety on an 8.5 mile stretch of TV Highway between Cedar Hills and the Hillsboro Regional Center. 

The road is over capacity and multiple intersections have high crash rates.  The intersection at 178th is one of them.  Right now it has a pedestrian warning light, but ODOT will eventually install a traffic signal there." (Click here to read full article)
